REPRESENTATIVE BODIES OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE: NOMENCLATURE AND CONSTITUTIONAL REGULATION

Nowadays a lot of attention in Ukraine is given to the activity local self-government bodies. The aim article give list representative bodies (municipal bodies) and propose how relevant constitutional regulation might be improved. author uses legal synthesis, analysis, deductive, inductive, comparative (historical perspectives – so called ‘vertical’ comparison) hermeneutical methods; researches issue based on antropocentrical axiological methodological approaches analyses Ukrainian developments democracy’s regulation, then pays theoretical aspects classifications. last part this covers current problems government Ukraine: namely, their nomenclature. argues that self-organizes population can’t recognized as “representative bodies” (despite adjectives name analyzed institute law group bodies). But they probably have public nature because are an element system Ukraine. invites municipalists discussion own directions future researches.
